Our amBASsadors’ club Inaugural Members’ Breakfast was held today at the beautiful OMARI Café in White Hills.
The aim of the amBASsadors’ club is to assist with funding for our talented athletes who are required to travel for national and state team representation. We feel this will be a great way in which we can offer support to families who are invested in the children’s sporting endeavours.
The funds provided by our wonderful group of businesses and individuals who make up the amBASsadors’ club will be welcomed by the athletes and their families.
Kiara Dean [BAS Alumni] who is currently a Victorian Institute of Sport athlete and has represented Australia in recent years was our guest speaker. Kiara spoke passionately about her sport of clay target shooting, her pathway to success and the dedication required to succeed. Kiara is a great ambassador for her sport and so positive about everything she does. A key take-away from Kiara’s presentation was that you cannot always win a medal, but you do gain valuable experience from every event.
We thank the businesses and individuals who are our inaugural members of the amBASsadors’ club
